You will need either an Arizona drivers license, ID, or a Federal Residence card.

2. Social Security Number

Required for background checks and e-verify.

3. Three references

You'll need (3) professional references.

4. Bank account & routing numbers

For direct deposit

5. Vehicle insurance & registration

Only if you will be providing transport.

6. Finger Print Card

You'll need to be able to pass a background check to obtain a level 1 fingerprint card.

7. Training

If you don't already have CPR/1st Aid or Article 9 certifications, we will help you get training.
